1. Who we are

SentriIQ Privacy Ltd is the controller of the personal information described in this notice. We are a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17458885. Our registered office is 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.

2. Information we collect

We may collect your name, contact details, organisation, enquiry content, correspondence, service records and invoice or payment administration information. Our hosting and security providers may also process technical information such as IP address, browser, device and security logs.

Please do not send passwords, verification codes, card numbers, bank credentials, identity documents or unnecessary sensitive information in an initial enquiry.

3. How and why we use information

To respond to enquiries and take requested pre-contract steps.
To provide agreed reviews, training or support and perform our contract.
To administer, protect and improve our services under our legitimate interests.
To meet tax, accounting, safeguarding or other legal obligations.
To send optional marketing where you have consented, when consent is required.

We do not make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

4. Sharing and international transfers

We share information only where necessary with providers supporting email, hosting, secure collaboration, administration and professional advice; with agreed specialist partners; or with authorities where required by law. We keep information only as long as needed. Enquiries that do not become client work are ordinarily kept for up to 12 months. Client, contractual and transaction records may be kept for up to six years after the relationship ends, unless another period is justified or required.

7. Children and security

This website is intended for adults and organisational representatives. Enquiries concerning children or vulnerable people should be made by a responsible adult or authorised organisation. We use proportionate security measures, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
