You must provide accurate information, obtain necessary permissions and follow agreed security instructions. Never send passwords, one-time codes, bank access details or information unnecessary for the work.
4. Fees and cancellation
Fees, payment dates, cancellation and refund arrangements will be stated in the relevant quote, invoice or booking confirmation. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights—including any applicable distance-contract cancellation rights—are not affected.
5. Service limits
Cybersecurity and privacy work can reduce but not eliminate risk. Recovery, content removal, erasure and impersonation reports remain subject to third-party rules, lawful retention and matters outside our control. SentriIQ retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, templates and materials. Once relevant fees are paid, you may use client-specific deliverables internally for the agreed purpose. Each party must protect the other’s confidential information, subject to legal disclosure duties.
7. Liability and law
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer rights where you live.
